The activation script now asks a question you can only answer if you have access to the global email list. This will save me work.
If you have problems or do not have access to the entire global, email me from your .mil and include your civilian email. I will need to manually activate your account still, but this should be a lot fewer.

The Gouge for the SOS NRC 20 is gathering up pretty well as it is now including up to test 3. This information was gathered in a way that is essentially shared notes. We could still use more help to fine tune this to cover more.
